Amy C. Wilhelm
Amy is a 22 year resident of Orange County and has lived in Cornwall, Monroe and Warwick. She has a deep understanding of the complexity of the area and the nuances of the numerous villages and towns that make up the Mid-Hudson Region. Having commuted to Manhattan for many years, she is sensitive to the specific needs of commuting families, as well as those fortunate enough to work closer to home.
Amy has been involved with commercial real estate and investment properties in Manhattan and Orange County and has owned her own business, The Invitation Place, in Central Valley New York where she worked with brides, their families and corporate clients. Amy also served as Director of the National “I Have a Dream” Foundation in New York City. Prior to that, she worked closely with children and families of underserved communities. Linking these experiences together is Amy’s affinity for working with people from all walks of life. You will find that she is a kind person who will advocate for you and approach your concerns with common sense and conviction.
Amy lives in Cornwall with her husband and three children who are actively involved in the Cornwall Central School district. As a family, they enjoy hiking in the scenic Hudson Valley, boating on the Hudson River and spending time with their numerous pets, including their horse, Emmett, who lives in Hamptonburgh.
If you are considering relocating to Orange County or simply need to make a change, Amy will listen and understand your needs and help you find a situation that works for you and your family. Call her today for helpful approaches to your real estate concerns.
