Andre Jevnik

Recently joining Corcoran Baer & McIntosh, our great team of agents, Andre adds his flare to the group. His extensive knowledge and experience in the state of New Jersey is an asset to the team. Growing up in Rockland County, NY and currently living in Hoboken, NJ, Andre knows a thing or two about the upstate escape and the action downtown.
Working for his father’s company as a Union Fire Sprinkler Fitter, Andre has been on many luxury condo developments, commercial construction jobs and others. His understanding about building and the process come from his 10 years out in the field.
At the same time, Andre had the opportunity to play drums all over the country and the world. While touring in rock bands as well as booking his own band, Andre learned the ways of networking and negotiating. Dealing with club owners, promoters and other agents, Andre became steadfast and tactical.
His interest in real estate stemmed from his job, working on Housing Developments, Luxury Condo’s and homes. The social aspect of dealing with clients combined with the hustle and bustle attracted him even more.
