Born and raised at the Jersey Shore, routinely exposed to a plethora of alluring waterfront properties while enroute to the beach, Nicko garnered a deep appreciation for real estate at a very early age. Eventually flourishing into a high-level athlete enabled him to not only hone his competitive mindset but gain an understanding of the different settings and real estate products across the entire Tri-State area through his constant travels.

?Nicko’s fascination in real estate persisted whilst studying Business Management at The College of New Jersey, which led him to earning his first corporate position as a Land Acquisition Intern for Toll Brothers the summer prior to his senior year. His experiences that summer, procuring and analyzing countless properties for the nation’s leading builder of luxury homes, enhanced his knowledge of the most desirable locations within the Tri-State area.

?Following a successful summer internship with Toll Brothers, Nicko accepted an offer to return to America’s Luxury Homebuilder as a Management Associate upon his graduation from TCNJ. Within his position of Management Associate at Toll Brothers Nicko is rotated across operations of the entire business and trained by the premier minds within the upper echelon of the Real Estate Industry. The comprehensive development program, at the perennial Fortune #1 ranked Homebuilder, encompasses all facets of the Real Estate Development process- from Land Acquisition, through marketing, to sale and delivery of the developed homes.

Nicko is a natural born leader and competitor, whilst simultaneously possessing an immense degree of compassion for everybody he encounters. While joked with by those close to him for his excessive attention to detail, it is this level of meticulousness within every task that provokes his consistent desirable results. However, what Nicko most attributes to his success is his ability to foster a genuine relationship with individuals of any background.
