I’ve engaged in buying, selling, leasing and renovating real estate for over 30 years, completing hundreds of transactions including preconstruction condominiums, vacant land, vacation homes, income properties and multiple 1031 exchanges. Whether you’re looking to move, trade up, sell or lease, I’ll bring experience, understanding and knowledge to your transaction. No deal is too small or too large. I’ve learned over the years that every real estate matter is personal and requires special attention to detail to protect your interests, minimize your risk, and maximize your investment of time and capital. This is the foundation of my approach, developed over years of buying, selling, owning and leasing real estate.
After earning bachelors and masters degrees in engineering, I relocated to the West Coast to pursue a career in the consulting industry. That profession provided valuable experience in client management, marketing, selling, as well as negotiating and executing contracts. I eventually returned to the East Coast and culminated my career working in NY and NJ.
I manage a real estate investment portfolio and maintain membership with all major NJ MLS services; I work throughout the state. With Corcoran Baer & McIntosh offices throughout NJ and the tristate area, I maintain a strong referral network in the NY/NJ Metropolitan area, Florida and throughout the US. I’m based out of our Red Bank office on Front Street.
