Suzanne Jahn

Suzanne understands the components of a successful transaction and attributes her success to 38 years of developing long standing relationships with clients as well as local businesses within the communities of Northern New Jersey.

As a longstanding member of the Ramsey Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors she has her finger on the pulse of the community. Past experience a a member of the Saddle River Landmark Commission Board solidifies her love of the real estate industry’s past.
Her volunteerism and community focus has always been a part of her life. She has been a member of the Community Service Committee on the Real Estate Board for 11 years along with her involvement in the Ramsey community for over 30 years & is why she calls it home.
Her professional experience encompasses 37 years of management of the family Real Estate business. Prior to a Real Estate career she worked for IBM and was an Administrator for Plus Models Mgt. in NYC.

Growing up in Pearl River NY, (Rockland County) and then living in Saddle River, Ramsey & Mahwah,NJ for the past 37 years it has given her a vast array of knowledge of the areas.
Suzanne was awarded the Quarter Century Club designation in 2010 and continues to master her profession. She is a member of the National Assoc. of Realtors,New Jersey Assoc. of Realtors,Greater Bergen Board of Realtors & Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors for her NYS Salesperson license.

Suzanne is known for her negotiation & decision making skills as she guides clients through every transaction with ease. In her 38 years of the business her complete dedication has established a loyal client base. Her passion for Real Estate does not end but begins with the First Time homebuyers and follows through to the Baby Boomers/empty Nesters! Her vast knowledge & resources over the years are an asset to her clients.
