Patricia Abrahamson

Having spent a lifetime of summers at multiple NJ beach towns in Monmouth and Ocean counties, Patricia is the perfect real estate professional for anyone interested in buying or selling in these areas . From Seaside Park on the Barnegat Bay to the picturesque shore town of Spring Lake, and everywhere in between, Patricia's understanding of the different beach town's uniqueness is an invaluable asset to her clients. Having also worked for her husband's construction restoration business brings even more value to her clients that cannot be ignored. She is enthusiastically available day and night and will help make her client's property search smooth and enjoyable using all of the combined knowledge and expertise that she has acquired over the years.

Patricia graduated with a BS from Chestnut Hill College Philadelphia PA in 1976. She was a former NJ Certified in classroom instructor as well as a district wide Gifted and Talented program coordinator in Northern NJ. After retiring from teaching, Patricia headed up sales for her husband's nationally recognized construction restoration business now run by their three adult children. She has an associates certification from a NJ culinary school that has certainly spiced up her weekly meals to the delight of her family and friends. And after relocating 15 years from Northern NJ, taking up year round residency at her beloved Jersey shore, she now enjoys entertaining family and friends at her dream beach house. Patricia keeps busy carving out time for weekly rounds of golf; spending endless hours on the beach with her six grandchildren; relaxing poolside with a good book; and of course helping her clients through their personal real estate journeys.
