Rita Mangan

Rita is a consummate professional who upholds listening to the customer, attention to detail and timely follow up as her top priorities. Her goal is to make the buying and selling experience as seamless as possible for each client.

After spending over 30 years as a senior executive in the retail, fashion beauty industries, Rita decided to pursue her personal passions. She founded Restoration Max, a home design consulting business, specializing in city and coastal home decor and attained her NJ Real Estate license. Now she enjoys utilizing her skills in color and spatial planning to visualize the potential of a property.

Rita was thrilled to join forces with her cousin and 30+ year real estate expert, Jeanne Grasso. Together their combined business expertise and creative talents provide an exceptional experience for each client.

Rita formerly held positions as Senior Vice President for Macy’s, The Estee Lauder Companies and Shiseido Cosmetics. She has extensive experience in retail management, cosmetics sales, marketing, and store design. In 2015, she received the Cosmetic Executive Women Achiever Award for her outstanding leadership, mentoring contributions to the Cosmetics industry. She also served as a Vice Chairwoman on the Board of Governors for Cosmetic Executive Women.

Rita is a graduate of Monmouth University and has been a committee member of the Monmouth University Urban Coast Institute, which supports the stewardship of coastal ecosystems.

Rita, a lifetime shore enthusiast, has resided in both Manasquan and New York City for her entire life. You can often find her running “the boards" in Spring Lake or “the loop” in Central Park. She is an active member of the New York Athletic Club.
