Anthony R. Moscato

Anthony enjoys working with seasoned investors, first time buyers and those looking to relocate to the Jersey Shore. Paying attention to detail and a wealth of knowledge in Real Estate are some of his attributes. He specializes in South Monmouth County and Ocean County. Anthony prides himself in helping those who are not very familiar with the "Shore Area", but so want to be a part of.

Prior to Real Estate, Anthony started as an intern in sales with Smith Barney in their NYC Bond Department and worked his way up to Sales Management and VP. He has been in Real Estate just over 30 years having additional licenses in Florida and Georgia as an Associate Broker.

Anthony grew up in New York, Staten Island in fact! He attended Wagner College undergraduate and graduate school in NYC. He was an active runner and former equestrian, showing in NJ/NY and FL.

Living in Sea Girt opened many opportunities; from being appointed by the then mayor to the Planning & Zoning Board, a trustee with the Sea Girt Lighthouse committee and an active lecture at Saint Mark's Roman Catholic Church.

When first licensed in New Jersey; his claim to fame was his first transaction. Fresh out as a new salesperson, his first transaction was listing and selling an oceanfront property in Cornelius Park, Sea Girt to one of his former Wall Street acquaintances. He was one of the top producers in Sea Girt and South Monmouth area which earned him recognition as salesperson of the month and year. Many former buyers and sellers have sent very kind reviews showing their appreciation and experiences.
