Elizabeth Johnson:

Throughout Elizabeth's real estate career, she has combined the principles of honesty and integrity with a tireless work ethic to leave no stone unturned for her clients. It doesn’t matter if it is a weekly rental or a million-dollar home purchase, she approaches every deal with the same enthusiasm and passion to deliver a first-class customer experience. As a lifelong resident of the Jersey Shore, she loves working with families new to the area, and educating them about the incredible benefits to living here.
Elizabeth has spent the last twelve years in real estate, including the previous three years in a dual role of sales and office administration. In addition, she has worked as a teacher, and is passionate about early childhood education. The foundation of any successful teacher is patience and communication, and those traits serve her well in real estate. In 2021 she closed $5.5 million in home sales to finish as the company’s top salesperson.
A lifelong resident of Brielle, Elizabeth still resides there with her four children (1 daughter and 3 sons) ages 17 to 11. Her daughter attends Manasquan HS, the two middle boys are at Christian Brothers Academy, and her youngest son attends Brielle Elementary.
After high school at St. Rose in Belmar, she received her undergraduate degree from Mount Saint Mary’s University in Emmitsburg, MD. During that time, she had the incredible opportunity to study at College International de Cannes in the French Riviera. Elizabeth's
deep roots in the community and in-depth knowledge of the area give her an edge in the marketplace.

Jim Woods:

Throughout his diverse work background, Jim has been driven by the core principles of enthusiasm, kindness, and competitiveness in everything that he does, and real estate is no different. He has a strong knowledge of the Jersey Shore area and all it has to offer, and is excited to share that with clients. As somebody who first purchased a summer home here and eventually relocated full-time, Jim draws on his own personal experience to help guide a client through a similar move.
After being passionate about real estate for many years, he became licensed in 2022. Jim has worked for over twenty years in financial services, specifically in the field of payments, and a great deal of that time was spent working with property managers and condominium associations to collect rent and dues. In addition, he has coached basketball at a variety of levels including as an NCAA Division I assistant and a high school varsity coach. He has coached and mentored over 50 players who have gone on to play basketball at the highest level, many at some of the country’s best academic institutions.
Jim grew up in Bergen County, attended Don Bosco Prep HS, and then received a bachelor's degree from Boston College. After coaching and living in New England and New York City, he decided in 2016 to make the Jersey Shore his permanent home, and he couldn’t be any happier with that decision. Jim currently lives in Spring Lake with a daughter who attends Saint Catharine’s School.
