Peter Degnan

Pete was raised in North Jersey where he attended Seton Hall Prep, St Peter’s University and received a master’s degree in real estate from New York University. For the last 25 years he has lived in Manasquan/Brielle area where he raised his four children.

Pete’s family has been deeply involved in real estate since 1932, when his grandfather became a realtor, then his father, and now Pete. Licensed in 1985, he also earned a real estate appraisal license in 1993 and formed an appraisal company in 1998, specializing in appraising all types of residential properties. His well-rounded knowledge of the real estate industry has been one of his most important assets throughout the years.

Pete believes strongly in honesty, integrity, hard work, providing the best possible service for his clients and is always willing to go the extra mile. He enjoys cooking, landscaping, going to the beach and spending time with family and friends.
