Luz Villa

A native New Yorker, Luz grew up in the Upper West Side and possesses an in-depth knowledge of the city’s diverse neighborhoods. Luz's father, who worked as a superintendent in high-rise apartment buildings, inspired an early interest in architecture. She traveled the world to marvel at structural wonders, from the Great Wall of China to Peru's Machu Picchu. A career in real estate allows her to pair her passion for architecture with her deep-rooted love for New York City. Luz keeps her clients informed of up-to-the-minute real estate trends and performs detailed market analyses to ensure that they're educated and confident about their real estate transactions. Protecting her clients’ best interests is always her priority, and she does so while demonstrating a patient and professional demeanor. Prior to entering the real estate world, Luz had an extensive background in the non-profit space as a social worker and an immigration paralegal. The common thread in Luz’s career history is her desire to help others realize and achieve their goals. Luz is dually licensed in New York and New Jersey and is fluent in Spanish. She attended Fordham University in Lincoln Square for her undergraduate degree and obtained a Master in Social Work at San Francisco State University. Luz resides in Manhattan and enjoys her free time in her second home in Sea Bright, NJ. A quick 45-minute ferry ride away!
