Elaine Schembre
Elaine Schembre has lived on both coasts, from Point Pleasant NJ to Beverly Hill CA and back east again, once moving 4 times in a single year. Having relocated over a dozen times in her life gives her a deep understanding and empathy for the emotions moving brings. Elaine has a strong design background in the construction industry providing her with a keen ability to “feel” a space and convey to her clients how it can best be manipulated to the user’s benefit. Elaine loves the feeling that comes with helping someone achieve their real estate goals, whether it be buying, selling or renting, no transaction is too small or too large.
Elaine is a big believer in giving back to their community. She has been involved in animal rescue for years and volunteers with EMACC (Eastern Monmouth Area Chamber of Commerce) where she is on the Board of Directors. Additionally, she chairs the Business After Hours Committee and is a member of the membership and marketing committees. Her organizational, interpersonal and creative skills have resulted in some of the highest attended events for EMACC.
Corcoran’s “Live Who You Are” philosophy is a perfect motto for Elaine and how she approaches her clients; allowing each to be self-expressive, understanding their needs, and helping them fulfill their wants.
