Gail Cohen is a real estate advisor who believes every home tells a story—one shaped by its architecture, history, and the people who imagine their lives within it. Drawing on a career advising CEOs and Boards in global, high-stakes environments, Gail brings uncommon clarity, preparation, and strategic perspective to every transaction. Her approach is anchored in trust, discretion, and deep listening, ensuring clients feel understood, supported, and confident from the first conversation to closing.
Gail is currently focused on the New Jersey real estate market and will soon expand her practice with a New York license. Having bought, sold, renovated, and reimagined homes herself, she understands the emotional and financial implications of each choice a client makes. She applies executive-level project management to every engagement—organized, proactive, and calm under pressure—and distills complex decisions into clear, actionable options aligned with her clients’ goals.
Known for elevating properties through narrative and design sensibility, Gail helps clients see not just what a home is, but what it can become. Her fluency in modern marketing and digital visibility enables her to partner seamlessly with Corcoran’s best-in-class platform to ensure properties resonate, differentiate, and reach the right buyers.
Born in New York City and educated at Syracuse University’s S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications, Gail’s worldview has been shaped by traveling to more than 90 countries across Asia, Africa, Latin America, Europe, and beyond. This extensive cultural exposure, combined with being married to a Cuban and part of a globally diverse family, enables her to connect authentically with clients whose values, priorities, and lifestyles vary widely.
Gail is also a devoted dog rescue volunteer and proud dog mom—an experience that mirrors her real estate philosophy: the right match requires patience, instinct, and a genuine desire to create the perfect fit.
For Gail, real estate is not merely a transaction—it is a values-based partnership rooted in understanding why a move matters, what a space represents, and how a home becomes a reflection of who we are.
