Live Where You Belong
Owning a home is much more than a financial investment. For instance, in today’s market, we’re seeing a big shift from urban to “work-from-home” locations, and realtors are helping buyers and sellers from a much larger geographic area than they covered in the past.
I’ve lived in the Hudson Valley all of my life. I've witnessed many changes here, but this historic and beautiful region retains much of the small-town charm that continues to draw people who need some proximity to the New York Metro business environment but still want a home town feeling.
My educational background is in Fine Arts, and in my prior professional life I've been employed in journalism, public relations, community outreach, and fundraising. Years of involvement in local political life, a few years of acting in local theater, and many other wonderful experiences have enhanced my ability to help you find the perfect home here or to present your home to a newcomer when it's time for you to move on.
My buyers appreciate my knowledge of the area and my commitment to telling them what I think are the pros and cons of various home listings (pricing, condition, proximity to local amenities, even possible structural issues). I’ve become an expert at advising sellers about preparing their homes, often managing the process for them and then staging to show off the best features.
Every home has a story to tell, and every owner adds to that story. I so much enjoy being a part of that process!
