In January 2015, as compared to January 2014, Months of Supply* rose 8.2% in Connecticut and 2.1% in New York**. Unit Sales jumped 4.7% in Manhattan, 3.1% in Rhode Island, 5.9% in Vermont and 5.0% in New Hampshire. Meanwhile, Average Sales Price increased 35.2% in Brooklyn and 4.6% in Massachusetts, while Sales to List Price Ratio increased 2.3% in Maine.
